PROJECT FOUR LEAF CLOVER

Project Four Leaf Clover is our collaborative effort to study an individualized
antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapy, designed and discovered by Hastings Laboratory at the University of Michigan, targeting the common CLN3 pathogenic variant (exons 7–8 deletion). The 7-8 exon deletion is present in approximately 85% of individuals diagnosed with CLN3 Batten disease.  Please read below for the most up to date information on this project.
